I also felt I was too old to learn but finally at 56 I took the plunge and took private lessons to get ready for a wedding. In 2007, I wanted to lose weight through adding exercise to my life. That's when I went to 'Dance With Debbie' Studio and started ballroom dance classes. Hey Debbie, Sam and I are back from our honeymoon and we had an amazing time. The wedding was perfect as well. We did our dance and everyone loved it. The dance floor was a little unstable and I slid at one point and almost fell, but we kept dancing and recovered somehow. My dad and I did really well actually... which was a surprise since I was still a little shaken from the mishap with Sam and my dance. Anyways, it all worked out.
